We are dedicated to tirelessly striving for the establishment of a healthy corporate culture that adheres to the right path. In practicing these principles, we make the following resolutions:

Code of Ethics

one. All employees strive to provide the best products and services to ensure that the company becomes one that customers can ‘use with trust’ and ‘deal with confidently.’
one. All employees, based on honesty and trust, aim to maximize corporate profits and values through fair and transparent business activities, providing shareholders with stable returns and respecting the rights and values of shareholders.
one. All employees, in performing their duties, adhere to national policies, regulations, and social ethics, and comply with internal rules and regulations.
one. All employees must adhere to a healthy and fair-trading order, and they should never engage in unfair demands or unethical actions by using their business authority, position, or any superior status.
one. All employees must never participate in bribery, solicitation, gifts, inducements, or any unethical and socially unacceptable actions with stakeholders. They must avoid engaging in actions that are not in line with ethical standards.
one. All employees must treat each other without discrimination and should never engage in ‘workplace bullying’ and ‘workplace harassment.’
one. All employees must protect the tangible and intangible assets of the company, as well as the information and confidential data acquired in the course of business. They must not use the company’s assets and information for personal gain, utility, embezzlement, or any other unauthorized purposes.
one. All employees must not conceal, diminish, assist, or tolerate any misconduct or irregularities among employees. They should report such matters through the proper reporting procedures to contribute to the establishment of a sound corporate culture.
